How fast can you get here?
Most Chicopee and Hampden County locations are reached within thirty minutes. Weather, traffic and how far out of town you are can move that, and the dispatcher will give you a real number rather than a hopeful one.
Will the price change once you arrive?
No. The rate quoted on the phone is the rate for that job. If something on scene turns out to be a different job entirely — a simple tow that is actually a winch-out — the driver tells you before starting, not after.
Do you answer overnight and on holidays?

We are an approved provider for AAA, GEICO, Allstate and Agero networks. Tell the dispatcher which one you hold and we will sort out how the job is billed.
What if I am just locked out or out of fuel?
